  • 3 cups of your preferred rice

  • An Instapot or a trusty stovetop

  1. Rinse the Rice: Start by rinsing the rice with some hot water for a couple of minutes. 
  2. Cook the Rice: Drain the rice and add to the Instapot with the coconut oil and bone broth. Optional: add your favorite seasonings! Cook using the rice setting on the Insta pot.
  3. Cool rice: Once cooked, place the rice in a glass Tupperware and leave it in the refrigerator uncovered until it cools. Once it’s cooled completely, you may cover it. This helps prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. You can leave the rice in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat it. 
  4. Enjoy Your Protein-Rich Rice: Once you’re reading to enjoy, you can warm up the rice in the microwave or stovetop and serve it with your main dish.
